About the event
You will be given a padded yoga mat to lie on and weighted eye pillow should you wish to use one. Please bring with you a pillow (feel free to bring as many as you wish to be as comfortable as possible), a warm blanket and water bottle. It is advised to wear comfortable clothing, loungewear is ideal.
Please read the following carefully before booking. The are some contraindications to be aware of as follows:
Epilepsy - some rare forms of epilepsy may be triggered by sound. If you have been diagnosed with epilepsy please check with your doctor whether a sound bath is safe for you.
Pregnancy - sound baths should be safe during pregnancy, but please do your own research to make sure you are happy and let me know if you are pregnant.
