Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath

Join me for a relaxing sound bath designed to help you unwind, reset and reconnect with yourself. Surrounded by the soothing tones of crystal bowls, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest where stress begins to melt away and the mind finds calm.

This is your time to pause, breathe, and let the vibrations support your body, mind and spirit in returning to balance.

You will be given a padded yoga mat to lie on and weighted eye pillow should you wish to use one. Please bring with you a pillow (feel free to bring as many as you wish to be as comfortable as possible), a warm blanket and water bottle. It is advised to wear comfortable clothing, loungewear is ideal.
